The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified aifa20 account. Processing time for withdrawals is typically 1-3 hours during business hours (Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, which may delay withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation is provided.
aifa20 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if we suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
